Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
Coordinate, schedule and manage interviews and onboarding processes- Provide update on job application status
Maintain employee records and files
- Assist in new hire orientation and other administrative tasks
Update job descriptions and postings as needed- Research and recommend new recruiting strategies
Collaborate with Payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
Ensure compliance in internal and external policies and regulations- Prepare and distribute new hire kit
All other tasks that may be assigned to you relative to the performance of your duties and responsibilities.
The Company at its discretion reserves the right to transfer you or amend your duties and assignments as and when needed.
Any policy proposed must have strict approval from Management prior to implementation. All correspondence is to be sent in the form of a memorandum addressed to the Management
