Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the BPO industry and recruitment
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills a leader exemplifying passion in duty and strong commitment to the mission and teams.
Expertise in handling BPO volume recruitment, niche recruitment and talent sourcing.
Ability to plan and evaluate delivery, manage department budget, perform under pressure with ease.
Flexibility to travel to the different sites within Metro Manila. Some international travel possible.
Strategic thinker and decision maker across all aspects of the division scope of responsibility as well as innovative thinking to benefit our clients and their needs.
Responsibilities
Lead and set forth the direction on achieving key performance outcomes of the different recruiting function and lead innovation and improvement.
Develop and maintain an effective and efficient recruitment organization, with a team spread across multiple entities and campaigns in the Philippines, working on site and remotely.
Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships within the business, our clients and all levels of management and executives. This entails ensuring that the team understands the job description and specifications for every position were hiring for.
Develop and maintain internal and external client relations by providing the right talent, staffing headcount and talent sourcing solutions.
Establish processes and strategies that enable the business to meet its business requirements and strategic objectives.
Constantly evaluate processes to continuously improve quality of hires and cost of sourcing and recruitment operations.
Understand the talent market and its changing landscape. Such includes but is not limited to job pricing, developing hit map for various niche roles.
Develop plans to scale up and down through a deep understanding of the nature of the business and opportunities to grow.
Lead and manage performance of the Sourcing and Selection/Recruiting teams in order to meet targets on time for both volume and professional roles.
Manage the departmental budget with integrity and in alignment with the budgetary and financial guidelines.
