As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role will play a critical part in helping our organization attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will work closely with the hiring managers to understand our staffing needs and find the best potential candidates. You will use various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. You will also assist in coordinating candidate assessments and reference checks.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining recruitment databases, updating applicant tracking systems, and coordinating multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Support the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Assist in coordinating candidate assessments and reference checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in databases and applicant tracking systems
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or similar role is a plus
Knowledge of recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Ability to multitask and handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
