Job Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related.
At least six (6) months of relevant experience in end to end recruitment.- Strong organization and communication skills.
Responsiblein handling thefullcycleofrecruitment process from requisition through on-boarding of candidates.- Partnerswith hiring managers and third-party providers (agency) to determine staffing needs.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct screening and interviews to identify qualified candidates.- Administer appropriate company assessmentsand recruitment exam.
Perform reference and background checks.
- Coordinateinterviewsand make recommendationswith the hiring managers.
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.- Communicatecompanyinformation and benefits during screening process.
Ensure that probations for new employees are set and assessed properly and on time.
- Staycurrent on the company's organization structure, personnel policy,andlaws regarding employment practices.
Completetimelyreports onrecruitment andemployment activity.- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.
