  • Job posting, sourcing and screening of applicants
  • Conducts initial interview
  • Prepares 201 file (pre-employment rqmts)
  • Encodes employee details
  • PBMS-Encodes and update

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or any business related
  • Fresh graduates are acceptable-Computer literate
  • Active in any social media-With good communications skills
  • Can speak multi-lingual is an advantage
  • Can work under pressure and patient
  • Willing to do field work (job fairs)
  • Residence within QC area is an advantage
  • At least 6 months work experience in recruitment or any related
