Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HRAD Manager- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations)
- Schedule, coordinate, and track training programs for an employee.
Gather feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Assist recruitment efforts in sourcing candidates and updating the database
Participate in recruitment events- Maintain confidentiality and ensure a fair and unbiased process.
Keep accurate records of employee relations activities and issues.
- Prepare reports on employee relations metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Industrial Relations
Proficiency in various HR software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace- Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
