Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources, Business Administration, and other related field (preferred).
Minimum 6months of experience, with a strong focus on bulk hiring initiatives.
Proven ability to source and attract high volumes of qualified candidates.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Effective organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Amenable to work full pledge onsite in Quezon City.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements for bulk hiring positions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates, Utilizing online platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently screen resumes, manage applications, and schedule interviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video conferencing to assess qualifications and identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in bulk hiring strategies.
Participate in the development and improvement of our bulk hiring processes.
