Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Attend calibration meeting and coordinate directly with Hiring Managers for various updates on the requisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh Graduates are preferred- Fresh Graduates with recruitment experience in their internship are preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)- Amenable to work at Quezon City (Near Anonas)
