Define and create craftsmanship strategy in partnership with Customer Experience team.Develop and implement shop operation structure. (includes services, turn around time, and scheduling)
- Provide input and recommendations for the design and aesthetic of shop environment.
Conceptualize and create unique customer offerings including in store events.
- Facilitate enhancements and changes to craftsmanship experience based on own evaluations and recommendations from corporate partners.
Communicate and Network with internal corporate partners
- Network, recruit, train, and retain talent.
Apply knowledge of design, styling and fabrics to create and design enhancements to brand product.
- Determine customer needs, preference, and style to create customized experience in partnership with sales stylist.
Educate store team on customer offerings.
- Amenable to work in SM Davao
