Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Directors in the programs and develop concepts for the daily streaming of
the games
- Brainstorm ideas, explore themes, and decide on the show's topic flow as agreed
by the Director
- Work with dealers and closely monitor their performance while on duty
- Assigning team members on the daily table allotment and breaks.
- Resolving infractions and incidents with great consideration of the Company
policies and guidelines.
- Monitors shufflers and shuffle procedure as well the incoming and outgoing of the
cards.
- Receiving advice from the employees of their absences and lates and tag it on the
roster
- Monitors the grooming of all dealers within the shift including appropriate make up
and hairstyle variety
- Maintains Cleanliness in the Studio for employee's safety
- Helps in scheduled maintenance and assures that all tasks are completed
- Attend to all employees concerns and escalate for proper resolution
- Attend to Dealers/SAs/ inquiries when it comes to procedures and settlements
- Coordinates to Surveillance for any incidents and issues
- Coordinates to Engineering for any minor fix of any equipment or paraphernalia
inside the Studio
- Gives general knowledge to SAs regarding infraction on Tables
- Monitors color game in Tablet
- Resolves conflict on a fair-minded and impartial way
- Suggests improvements on current and possible issues
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Responsible for the strict monitoring of the shuffle procedure
- Responsible for stocking of Cards and Gaming paraphernalia inside Studio
- Leads card room inventory and advises the Management for supply restocking
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a strong Online casino experience
- Strong Supervisory and Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft office - Excel, Word, PPT
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good judgement and decision making
