Provide Technical Field Reports
Assist in the monitoring of spares level to ensure availability for corrective maintenance works
Assist in the monitoring of enhancement projects. Liase with engaged contractor before, during and after the implementation of an enhancement project
Graduate of 4 Year Technical Course Minimum (Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, IT Related Courses)
Minimum 1-year experience in technical support in computer hardware and software, CCTV, Variable Message Signs, Parking System
Proficient in the use of various test tools such as Multitester, Network Tester and power tools/equipment (Grinder, Electric Drill, Soldering Iron, Heat Gun)
Not afraid of heights (overhead works)

Software Knowledge - Proficient in basic operating system (Windows)
Networking Skills - Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network protocols

Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Abilities - Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues
