Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Including other products as may be assigned by management.- Provide telephone, e-mail and on-site technical support (whichever is most appropriate) on IT networking products, IT networking solutions and related hardware and software products. Including other products as may be assigned by management.
Prepare account technical reports and conduct account technical meetings.
- Conduct product and technical sales presentations.
Responsible for conducting follow-up services or problem escalation (as needed).- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress in the performance of work and in dealing with customers.
