JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of any Technical Course (Information Technology or Engineering);
Proven experience as Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role;- Able to write reusable libraries with a solid grasp of Object Oriented Programming, MVC/MVVC Design Patterns, or solid principles;
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
- Experience in software design and development in a test-driven environment;
Knowledge of different coding languages such as .Net (Desktop, Mobile, Web, API), PHP and Android (Java or Kotlin, React Native).- Exposed to different database programming eg. MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.;
Knowledgeable of iOS programming is a plus.
Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
Testing and deploying programs and systems.- Fixing and improving existing software.
Work with the developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Verify and deploy programs and systems.- Troubleshoot database issues and or systems malfunctions.
Evaluate use feedback and recommend and execute improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting, as well as software functionalities.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Write well-designed, testable code.- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
Ensure software is updated with the latest features.
- Comply with project plans and industry standards.
Can be assigned to other places.- Design stable, reliable, and effective databases.
Optimize and maintain legacy systems.
- Discovers new or alternative products fit for CLIENT requirements e.g. TCS hardware and equipment, and software best practices.
Participate in product testing through SIT, UAT, SAT, and BETA testing.- Religiously update and backup source codes.
Team player, shares skills and knowledge, and can work with minimum supervision.
