Primary Responsibilities
Participate in the development of application enhancements by collaborating with other technical resources and understanding conceptual design and applying it to business objectives and requirements
Prepare approximate estimates for development efforts associated with application enhancements
Contribute to the review of technical design for application enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards
Serve as a technical and functional resource by providing consultation during creation of test cases and answering business and technical inquiries
Respond to service desk escalations and develop resolutions to ensure quality level of service
Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value can do people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
5 years relevant experience

Application development experience
Preferred Knowledge
Working knowledge of basic application development standard procedures, concepts and principles
Basic knowledge of design, development and application of technology for enhancement purposes
Working knowledge of technical documentation
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant milestones
