We are looking for a talented and driven SYSTEMS ANALYST who can start ASAP!
This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions for various business needs.You will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure our systems align with business goalswhile providing technical support and driving innovation in our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and design new/existing systems for application to business processes.
- Provide solutions to common business challenges and perform system prototyping.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers for system improvement.
- Analyze business process issues, conduct research, and develop solution proposals.
- Provide end-user support for technical issues, including system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain applications, reports, scripts, and interfaces for assigned areas.
- Monitor and address application issues to ensure optimal performance of our MediCard application.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and major incident resolution meetings.
- Lead discussions on non-critical but major issues across internal IT areas.
Offer Level 2 and Level 3 technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, driving business requirements and solutions.
- Proficient with system design tools and Microsoft Office (or similar software).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of Jira and DevOps is an advantage.
