The
System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and designing and implementing solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
- Conduct analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop detailed system specifications, including user stories, process flows, data models, and functional requirements, to guide system development and implementation.- Evaluate and recommend software solutions, applications, and technologies to meet business needs and achieve organizational objectives.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the implementation of system changes and enhancements.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure that systems meet functional requirements and performance standards.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for system issues and errors, collaborating with IT support teams as needed.- Document system configurations, procedures, and user manuals to support training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system analysis and design to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and end-users, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, software development, or IT project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.- Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, such as requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of software development languages and technologies, such as Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and web services.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data integration techniques.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, or other business applications is desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the organization's industry or sector.
