We are seeking a Systems Administrator & IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and support our client's growing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in systems administration and IT support.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or related platforms desirable
  • Familiarity with API integrations
  • Understanding of core technologies such as AWS, Ubuntu, Moodle LMS, WordPress, and Microsoft 365 Administration is desirable
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Zoho CRM, Desk, SalesIQ & Campaigns
  • Learn Zoho Deluge scripting for custom functions
  • Learn Make.com and Zoho Flow integrations, including API configurations
  • Administer an Amazon EC2 instances using Ubuntu
  • Administer Moodle LMS
  • Manage User Workstations in a Windows OS environment
  • WordPress & WooCommerce
  • Microsoft 365 Administration and Entra services
  • Support local and remote WFH workforce and students
  • Online learning development and back-end work as required
  • Research and recommend the latest AI implementations

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
