We are seeking a Systems Administrator & IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and support our client's growing business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in systems administration and IT support.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or related platforms desirable
- Familiarity with API integrations
- Understanding of core technologies such as AWS, Ubuntu, Moodle LMS, WordPress, and Microsoft 365 Administration is desirable
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Zoho CRM, Desk, SalesIQ & Campaigns
- Learn Zoho Deluge scripting for custom functions
- Learn Make.com and Zoho Flow integrations, including API configurations
- Administer an Amazon EC2 instances using Ubuntu
- Administer Moodle LMS
- Manage User Workstations in a Windows OS environment
- WordPress & WooCommerce
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Entra services
- Support local and remote WFH workforce and students
- Online learning development and back-end work as required
- Research and recommend the latest AI implementations
