In this role, you'll manage the essential access and user administration tasks critical to onboarding and offboarding processes within the organization. You'll handle tasks such as setting up, modifying, and terminating accounts for employees and branches while maintaining internal and external systems.

Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri, 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM) Fixed weekends off
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Key Responsibilities: The Keys to the System!
  • Create and maintain user accounts, user profiles, group memberships, and user permissions in internal and external systems, applications, and websites
  • Create and maintain branch accounts and branch memberships with external systems
  • Use and maintain checklists for all job positions to set up, modify, and terminate user accounts
  • Manage new hire, job change, and termination SLAs and workflows
  • Handle license-related requests and access for individuals and branches
  • Support the IT Leadership team in advancing technology initiatives for the benefit of CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. (CCM)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Service Ticket Responsibility:

  • Monitor the ticket queue for newly created tickets and resolve them based on departmental and organizational SLAs, with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Track and respond to all support tickets within the required SLA response times

User Assistance, Training, Adoption, and Satisfaction:

  • Create technical documentation, system documentation, how-to guides, and self-help references

System, Security, and Integrity Maintenance:

  • Create and reassign accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes
  • Audit all external user accounts on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain confidentiality

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Who Fits the Bill

  • Self-directed with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet service level agreements
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, energetic demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Associate degree or high school diploma with 2+ years in administrative or clerical roles, ideally involving user account management
  • Comfortable with general IT tasks no prior IT experience required
