JOB DESCRIPTION- Lead the System Innovations Team for completion of the project.
Initiate departmental meetings to discuss the progress, status or revision of the project.- Analyze complex systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to address issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in process and form development.
Use data analysis tools to provide insights and solutions.- Innovate and propose effective solutions to process and system challenges.
Candidate must be a Graduate of BS IT or Computer Science, Information Systems or any four year related course.- Knowledge of methodology like Lean Six Sigma is an advantage but not required.
Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
- Experience of form creation tools and understanding workflows.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.- Managing projects from inception to completion.
Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in the development of processes and forms.
Innovative thinking to develop effective solutions to process and system challenges.- Google Analytics Certification is an advantage.
Knowledge in EOC (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is an advantage but not required.
