Required Minimum Level of Education: BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology major in Programming.
- Be responsible in handling the company's website.
Act as a point person to the web developers.- Examine and evaluate the current systems and identify system requirements.
Liaise with end users to track additional requirements and features.
- Document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
Collaborate with the IT team and developers to produce new systems.- Validate changes by testing programs.
Train users on the new operation systems and provide support.
- Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical development.- Create and track the email address of the employees.
Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting issues and outages.
Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.- Collaborate with the supervisor and officer in helping design and implementing networks.
Perform and delegate regular back up operations and coordinate with supervisor and officer in implementing appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Provide technical support across the company.
Resolve, route or escalate service requests to functional teams as necessary.- Provide support to Staff in installing (both hardware and software) Printer, Biometrics, etc.
Provide onsite and offsite support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
- Oversee Staff in installing, testing and configuring new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Provide support in setting and loading computer equipment with required items and prepare it for operation.- Troubleshoot the network to identify connectivity issues and use diagnostic testing software and equipment.
Configure wide area network (WAN) or local area network (LAN) routers or related equipment.
- Install network software, such as security or firewall software.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
