Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Analyst at DAPL IT Services. The System Analyst will be responsible for systems analysis, troubleshooting, and conducting business analysis. This role is located in Makati with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years in a related field such as business analysis, project management, or ITconsulting
• Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Strong understanding of IT systems and technology
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations
• Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks such as ITIL
• Understanding of business processes and their relationship to IT systems
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
