- Difficult to correct and affects the entire project delivery. Executes and deliver cost, quality targets with minimal supervision.
- Initiates intervention and controls to ensure targets are met. Can establish a system; develop or devise a plan, policy or procedure for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A. Knowledge and Competencies
- Education - College graduate preferably Accountancy or Management Accounting
- Experience - At least 3 years relevant experience in ERP Systems i.e SAP, Oracle and etc.
- Certification - Licensed Certified Public Accountant or its equivalent is an advantage
- Systems oriented
B. Decision Making, Time Span of Discretion, Problem-Solving & Mental Complexity
- Medium risk decision making. Higher experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Requires occasional guidance in managing constraints and risks. Decision-making affects costs, quality, project delivery and company reputation.
C. Interpersonal
- Can coach and mentor peers and other employees.
E. Supervision Received and Exercised
- Receives minimal supervision from superior.
