We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to manage and maintain our web hosting infrastructure, ensuring seamless service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Linux-based web hosting servers (primarily AlmaLinux and CloudLinux)
- Administer cPanel/WHM environments, ensuring high availability and security
- Handle DNS management, network routing, and configuration for web hosting services
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve server issues related to performance, security, and uptime
- Implement server updates, patches, and backups as part of regular server maintenance
- Perform server hardening and security optimization to protect against potential threats
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve escalated server-related issues
- Work effectively in a 24/7 hosting environment to ensure uptime and availability for critical systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a web hosting environment
- Expertise in Linux server management (AlmaLinux, CloudLinux)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., SolusVM, OpenVZ)
- Strong experience with cPanel/WHM administration
- Solid understanding of DNS, network routing, and protocols
- Experience with server optimization tools
- Proficient in troubleshooting server and network issues
- Knowledge of security best practices and server hardening techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB and database optimization
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible) for automation tasks

Salary Range: Php65,000.00 - Php105,000.00 per month
