Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, peripherals, and network hardware such as routers, switches, and Lan cabling.
- Assist with installation and configuration of network device such as printers and telephones.
Document technical issues and resolutions.- Create and maintain documentations for IT Assets.
Work Schedule:- Mondays to Fridays and with 2nd Saturday of Month, 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM
