The Synergy Sales Representative serves as a liaison between customers and the dealership, specializing in offering solutions across the multiple automotive brands of Autohub Group. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of various car models, features, and specifications from different manufacturers.
Job Description:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate vehicles from different brands to showcase their features, advantages, and benefits.- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and aftermarket products/services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all brands represented by the dealership.
- Articulate the unique selling points of each brand and model to potential buyers.
Address customer inquiries regarding technical specifications, performance, safety features, and customization options.- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide personalized assistance and recommendations based on individual preferences and budgets.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services, such as extended warranties, maintenance packages, or accessories.- Collaborate with other departments, such as the service center or finance department, to offer comprehensive solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
- Process sales paperwork, including contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle registration documents.
Adhere to Autohub policies and procedures regarding sales transactions and customer data confidentiality.
Qualifications:- College graduate or High school diploma or equivalent are welcome to apply; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
Knowledge of automotive technology, trends, and industry developments.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other digital tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
