RESPONSIBILITIES
- Instruct group and private swimming lessons
Evaluate participant swimming ability and determine correct swim level- Create an educational, safe, and inviting experience for participants
Be available as needed to discuss the participant's course evaluation with the parents/guardians and/or participants
- Punctually meet all scheduled class times, fully prepared to teach
Attend all staff and evaluation meetings as requested - Adhere to and enforce all the policies and procedures
Complete all necessary planning and paperwork inherent to the class
- Perform other job related tasks as assigned
Completion of all Incident and Accident reports as necessary- Responsible for offering outstanding customer service
Other duties as assigned
