Sustainability Reporting Analyst

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of sustainability performance reports using our sustainability platform Building Insights as well as other tools as required. Primary responsibility will be the collection of monthly performance data from sites within APAC and translating these into insightful reports that identify sustainability opportunities and meet the internal and external reporting requirements of the client.

About the Role:

  • Manage the delivery of best practice client environmental performance reports (e.g. carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste generation and recycling performance) to support our clients legal and voluntary reporting obligations
  • Maintain client relationships, including ensuring KPIs are achieved and that sustainability delivery goals are achieved.
  • Source and update all reporting system energy usage, environmental and cost data, including rates and tariffs on a timely basis, including from 3rd parties.
  • Manage client access to the reporting system and undertake selected database administration functions
  • Assisting in in the transformation of sustainability reporting and development of a reporting hub

About You:

  • Post-graduate qualifications in environmental science, engineering or related discipline.
  • 1-2+ years experience delivering sustainability reports and solutions in the (preferable) real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated experience driving sustainability outcomes and developing strong client relations and presenting detailed information and reports to all levels of client management.
  • Knowledge of relevant energy and carbon management legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Excellent research, analytical and report writing skills.
