Minimum 3 years experience in Japanese Cuisine- Proven experience in a Japanese/sushi restaurant
Prepares and cooks individual Japanese food and dishes
- Knowledgeable about Japanese Food ( sashimi, maki, nigiri, tamago, tempura)
Sushi Chef - Cold and Hot- Knows how to fillet salmon and tuna
Flexibility to take on various shifts
