Job Description For Surveillance Officer
A Surveillance Officer is an experienced security professional responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of a company's assets, employees, and customers. They have to monitor all areas of the property, including gaming tables, slot machines, and other public areas, to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring: The primary responsibility of a Surveillance Officer is to monitor surveillance footage to detect any suspicious or unusual activity. They must remain vigilant and focused for extended periods and be able to identify and report any potential threats or breaches in security.
- Record Keeping: A Surveillance Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incidents, observations, and investigations related to the surveillance activities.
- Communication: The Surveillance Officer should be able to communicate effectively with other members of the security team, law enforcement personnel, and management to report any incidents and provide relevant information in a timely manner.
- Equipment Maintenance: They must ensure that the surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate personnel.
- Training: A Surveillance Officer may be required to provide training to new staff members or other personnel on the proper use of surveillance equipment and security procedures.

Qualifications
- 12th pass or equivalent
- Candidates with prior experience of yrs in security, surveillance, or law enforcement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Quick in calculations & mathematics
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
