Job Description For Surveillance Officer

A Surveillance Officer is an experienced security professional responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of a company's assets, employees, and customers. They have to monitor all areas of the property, including gaming tables, slot machines, and other public areas, to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring: The primary responsibility of a Surveillance Officer is to monitor surveillance footage to detect any suspicious or unusual activity. They must remain vigilant and focused for extended periods and be able to identify and report any potential threats or breaches in security.
  • Record Keeping: A Surveillance Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incidents, observations, and investigations related to the surveillance activities.
