In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, providing detailed information and assistance on our client's products and services. Your responsibilities include managing and ensuring the completion of service requests, addressing straightforward issues independently while escalating more complex matters to senior colleagues. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in BPO experience handling international BPO accounts, demonstrating proficient English communication skills and a strong focus on customer orientation.
