Position Overview:As the Investment Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for auditing subscription agreements, accredited investor certifications, and promissory notes, while monitoring inbound investor funds and coordinating wire verifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with support specialists to obtain missing documentation, liaise with accounting for account reconciliation, and ensure synchronization between CRM (Salesforce) and investment management software. Your role also involves managing investor inquiries, coordinating custodian paperwork for IRA sign-ups, and facilitating ownership transfers to streamline investment processes and maintain compliance.
Audit subscription agreements, accredited investor certifications, and promissory notes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile inbound investor funds and coordinate wire verifications to maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with support specialists to obtain missing documentation and ensure completeness of investor files.- Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and funds received, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Perform reconciliation between CRM (Salesforce) and investment management software to ensure data synchronization.
- Monitor Investors@inbox for inquiries and provide timely responses or escalations as needed.
Facilitate custodian paperwork for IRA sign-ups and coordinate ownership transfers as required.- Support overall investment operations by performing various administrative and coordination tasks to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.- Previous experience in investment operations, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of investment agreements, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and experience with wire verification procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and documentation.- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and investment management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of IRA sign-up procedures and ownership transfer processes is a plus.
