What does a day in the life as an SQL Developer Support (Web Applications) look like
- Works on customer issues qualified as Level I/II support such as possible programming bugs, networking issues, training and other software related issues that may involve deep dives into the data.
- Implement and troubleshoot DNS, IIS, SQL, and other underlying software supporting RMA solutions
- Expert in documentation of issue, next steps, and resolution.
- Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, and follow-up for in-depth user problems, working with programming to find resolution.
- Guide customers to the best use of the software to suit their diverse business needs while recommending additional resources to customers.
- Logs and tracks calls using CORE and maintains history records and related problem documentation.
- Writes or revises user training manuals, knowledgebase articles and software procedures.
- Consistently at work and on time.
- Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
- Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
- Communicates with management throughout the day to confirm they are staying on task.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What are the required qualifications for an SQL Developer Support (Web Applications)
- Atleast 2 years deep knowledge of SQL database architecture, systems, management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Atleast 2 years Ability to configure websites and web services including HTML formatting and SSL creation.
- Standard knowledge in FoxPro
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, Teams, and TeamViewer.
- Ability to configure websites and web services including HTML formatting and SSL creation.
- Configuration and setup of modern hardware and software.
