Key Responsibilities: Keeping IT Smooth, Globally

  • Provide first-level support for tickets, including troubleshooting and detailed documentation.
  • Coordinate escalation processes for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with the global support team to deliver seamless product support on an international level.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support activities, ensuring proper documentation of solutions and ongoing issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Support the implementation of Azure solutions and assist with Azure-related queries as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Support Mastery Meets Global Expertise

  • 3-5 years of experience in a support role, focusing on ticket management and technical troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure, with the ability to assist with Azure-related queries.
  • Experience in technical support with mechanics and escalation coordination.
  • Excellent documentation skills to maintain detailed records of support activities and solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams and manage tasks across various time zones.
