Responsible for assisting the AVP Importation conduct fuel importation tenders, manage inventory, execute trades and procure biofuels. Prepares required Department of Energy report and coordinates the renewal of all government permits, licenses, and certificates required in the conduct of the fuel importation business.- Primary support for the supply sales function activities and processes from order to cash including monitoring of daily sales and cash flow, customer deliveries, profitability of trade positions as well as customer profitability
Assist the AVP Importation in preparing management reports related to sales, trade positions, and profitability.
- Provide support in developing and documenting business processes, monitoring seamless and timely process execution, solving process execution deficiencies, documenting resolution and closure of negative findings.
Provide all required data inputs to Accounting and Finance in the completion of monthly and annual financial reports.- Assist in the development of a business plan
- 2. What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, Math, Statistics or any related field- Proficiency in using analytical tools, spreadsheet or excel software and supply chain management system.
Proven experience in fuel procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the importation industry Excellent negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements related to fuel importation.
