I. JOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the overall management of the supply planning team in hitting the required levels of company-wide On-Shelf Availability.
The role will require deep analytic skills of stock movements and demand trends to craft the best possible replenishment strategy for Distribution Center-sourced products. The role will also require management skills to lead the team and organize the strategies for a diverse product portfolio. This role is expected to assist with and lead strategic alignments with relevant stakeholders.
The objective of the role is to manage the team to hit the highest possible levels of On-Shelf Availability for all product lines, across all stores. This role will also be responsible for creating strategies, KPIs, and plans to further improve the performance of the team and improve the company's planning processes as a whole.
- III. JOB RSPONSIBILITIES:
Provide systematic methods and tools to monitor inventory level by using sales trends or historical sales- Create inventory allocation strategies to maximize inventory placement, turns, sales and drive customer satisfaction
Craft KPIs to monitor the performance of the DC through STO PO fulfillment or fill rate
- Develop and implement plans for organizing logistics and supplies.
Work closely with buyers, promo planning and store teams to make sure all products are available to members/customers at the right time.- Ensures that the set target goals and plans of management are met.
Highlights overstock SKUs and assist in the crafting of strategies to deplete these items
- Manage subordinates in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

Inventory Management_
- Ensures proper management of supply in consideration of sales and distribution policies
Ensures the stock levels of assigned categories are available in the right quantities at the right location and at the right time (On Time in Full)- Oversees the replenishment of products under assigned categories while ensuring prevention of over stocking and/or out of stock through proper and effective forecasting of merchandise supply and demand.
Ensures accuracy of physical inventory reports
- These reports are provided assigned/verified by DC personnel

Monitoring and Reporting_
- Monitors demand, availability and flow of products to identify and resolve supply bottlenecks.
Monitors and ensures the following items have depletion plans and strategies:- no sales but with inventory
phased out/inactive
Submits reports to management for strategic planning use

_- Plans, organizes, controls, and schedules work activities of subordinates.
Orients, trains, and guides subordinates in the performance of their duties.
- Reviews, evaluates, and appraises the performance of immediate subordinates and recommends commendation, developmental plans, promotions, or disciplinary actions.
Ensures the mental well-being of subordinates and contributes to a positive, collaborative mindset for the overall work environment
Education : College Graduate preferably Business Course- Work Experience : At least 2 years of experience in any Supply Chain, Logistics Company.
Competencies : Highly collaborative, excellent communication skills including the ability to interface with senior level staff, successfully worked in a complex organization supporting a variety of stakeholders
