Qualifications:

- With experience as Supply Inventory or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- With Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Office

Job Description:
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in supply room
Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually and in computer
Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages
Prepares list of depleted items and defective or unusable items
Pulls any defective or expired merchandise for return
Packs up items for return and creates shipping labels
Submits orders for replenishment of inventory to Central Supply Warehouse.
May operate office machines, such as typewriter or calculator
Prepares stock and issue materials or merchandise.
Maintains safe, orderly, and clean supply room area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers
To undertake any other related work assigned by the management
