Regular monitoring of trips and the availability of units for both owned fleets and third-party trucks.- Communicating with warehouse staff for the outbound trip requirements.
Strategizes truck allocation and assignment of delivery crew, driver, and helpers.
- Coordinates with the third-party truckers for trip allocation and other concerns.
Initial inspection of units prior to trip allocation; reports to the maintenance coordinator for issues with the owned fleet for immediate repair.- Constant communication with the client and delivery crew to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensures complete documents are handled by the delivery crew before and after every trip.
- Compiles the documents and endorses them to the admin assistant for proper liquidation.
Submits a daily report to the operations coordinator for easier and more effective monitoring of trips.
- Qualification: Education/Experience:
The candidate must be at college level/a Bachelor Graduate/Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course or equivalent.- Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience of the same field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal, written and basic English comprehension.
