Supply Chain Specialist

Job Objective / Purpose:

The SCM Specialist initiates cost savings strategies and applies different negotiation tactics to achieve its target. Provides end-user support (both system and process) for technology tools that includes Net Suite, SAP, e-sourcing applications and custom databases. Collaborates with its external customers to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

This role will be hired under ActiveOne Health, Inc. - a subsidiary of Reliance Care, Inc.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle end to end Procure to Pay(P2P) process for all assigned CAPEX items such as hardware, furniture and fixtures

• Assist in the procurement of OPEX items such as marketing materials, wellness equipment and provider, Client Clinic Management services (O2 refill, calibration and waste management)

Identify top spend of the company and implement Strategic Procurement where applicable

• Negotiate with Vendors to derive cost savings for strategic and leverage items/supplies

Special Projects as assigned and needed

• Background and Qualifications:

A Graduate of any 4 year course in the fields of Supply Chain Management, Health Services, Finance, Marketing or Engineering

• At least 4 years of solid experience in Procurement and Supply Management

Exposure in the Health Industry and Track record in negotiation are advantages

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to details

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Project management exposure

• Computer savvy especially in Google Sheets, flow chart and MS PowerPoint

Can start immediately and wiling to work onsite
