Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years experience as Supply Chain Planner in Production.
- Very proficient with MS Excel Pivot, VLook-Up and SumIfs functions
- Preferably with experience in SAP Material Management & Production Planning
- Will support lubricants manufacturing plant located in Brgy. Lingunan, Valenzuela City.
- Must be amenable to work from Monday to Saturday.
Job Description:
- Coordinates with Production, Material Planning, Logistics and Quality departments to attain production goals.
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Ensures smooth operations throughout production and distribution of finished goods
- Analyzes changing product demand patterns
- Monitors and maintains inventory levels of finished products
- Coordinates with Materials Planner to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectations
- Analyzes and prepares documents needed for production such as Filling Data Form and Blending Data Form
- Prepares Blending Plan and ensures no stoppages in production will occur due to unavailability of semi finished goods.
- Execute data analysis to support finished goods demand.
- Creates and maintains production schedule and prioritizes job orders for production optimization. Revise production schedule if necessary.
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and production output.
- Interacts with Filling Supervisor on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Sales and Logistics departments.
- Coordinates with Materials Planner with regards to materials availability and shipments dates.
- Tracks customers committed delivery dates
- Plan production to attain company metrics like customer delivery timeliness and completeness
- Interface with sales and finished product forecast integrity
- Analyzes Sales Forecast and Production requirements on reasonableness and accuracy.
- Creates and releases Production Orders and other planning related activities in SAP
Production Planning
- Considers Net For Production Forecast and Sudden Surge Orders of Out-Of-Stock Items in priority production plan for the month (updated weekly for sudden orders).
- Ensures production plan is allocated efficiently to maximize machine output, minimize machine change over downtime and minimize manpower overtime across all machines.
Raw Materials Replenishment Planning
- Computation of Packaging Materials Replenishment Plan in consideration of warehouse space constraints, supplier leadtime, Unioil Production Plan schedule.
- Monitors and manages issuance of Purchase Requisitions to ensure continuous supply of packaging materials sourced locally.
- Monitors and manages issuance of Purchase Requisitions to ensure continuous supply of imported base oil, additives and components.
- Monitor remaining balance Purchase Orders in SAP.
- Actively manage/maintain SAP Material Requirement Plan
- Coordinate, facilitate and proactively manage suppliers on delivery quantity and timing
- Participate in the conduct of actual inventory physical count on every prescheduled official monthly inventory count.
- Participate in inventory variance analysis & action plan with users and responsible persons.
