Job Description

Write, distribute and receive email, correspondence, letter, memos, forms
Develop and maintain a filing system/document control
Prepare 3rd Party Service Provider Contracts for Manufacturing
Organize and schedule appointments.
Submit and reconcile expenses/billings.
Monitor/update Contract to Database (Contract Management)
Controlling, monitoring, auditing of office & miscellaneous supplies
Maintain cleanliness of the Supply Chain Manufacturing offices/furniture & fixtures
Handle request and queries appropriately
Coordinate office activities
Requisition and Maintenance of office supplies/other supplies
Maintain contact list
Answer and direct phone calls
Book travel arrangements
