Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
Create and manage budgets for supply chain activities.- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
- Implement inventory control systems and processes.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.- Track and analyze key supply chain metrics and KPIs.
Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance and support.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5-7 years) in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Leadership and team management experience.
