Qualifications:Graduate of a (4) four year course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Engineering: ECE, EE, IE, CHE, Metallurgical, Automotive Engg, Semicon Engg., or other related Engg. Courses
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts Corporate Audit assessment through Corporate Quality Performance Validation (CQPV) function across global sites to ensure Quality Management System is in-place and effectively deployed.
- Supports and add-value to the improvement/enhancement of the Global Quality Management System.
Collaborate and lead Global Certification Function per Global Quality directives.- Conducts ad hoc audit as mandated by Corporate Quality Global Head to support management needs.
Accomplish Special Assignment per organizational needs such as:
a.) Specific QMS Global Project
b.) Contribution to IPS
c.) Creation Global procedures/standards
d.) Collaboration with Global Groups to support Quality KPI.
Knowledgeable on ISO9001 and IATF16949 requirement, Familiar on QMS requirement on automotive, medical and other related industries.
- Minimum 2 years experience in EMS, Semiconductor Assembly/Test, Electronics manufacturing and related industries. Note: Automotive experience is an advantage.
Knowledge on various industry requirement as follows: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC automotive core tools and industry requirement.- Possess competency in systems and process auditing functions and has the ability to demonstrate good facilitation skills and drive improvements.
Good oral and written communication skills, and management presentation skills.
- Must be flexible, can adapt to work challenges and highly motivate work attitude. Competent in coordinating, collaborating and communicating with IMI Global sites and external entities in accordance to the Global job scope.
* Computer literate; experience in using PowerPoint for presentation, Excel for data analysis and graphical trends, Word file for procedural documentation and able to learn Microsoft 365 and other related online software.
