Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Global and Regional Sourcing Operations leaders to create, build, and update learning content in the form of PowerPoint, Jaggaer Scorecard Templates, SharePoint, or other documentation as needed for SPM program
Assist Global Sourcing Operations, Supplier Performance Program Manager and Category Management in support SPM needs for Alliance / PSL suppliers- Assist with planning and logistics for quarterly scorecard distribution. Collect and update evaluator and supplier contacts for scorecard responses. Support response tracking and provide team with updates on in-progress scorecards
Work with each region and the Operations leads to determine what types of training is needed and create and manage a training plan for AMR, EMEA, APAC as well as globally. (same with L&D)
- In partnership with the Global Operations team and Supplier Performance Program Manager, with regional input, build and maintain process maps for the SPM Program Sourcing process. Ideally, this would be done in Visio.
Maintain a toolkit of different program technologies and templates that can be leveraged by sourcing & procurement professionals to help them be successful.- Download SPM BI Dashboard reports in PowerPoint at sourcing operation and/or client request. Category / Client / Supplier POV required
