The Fuel Station Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at the fuel station, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Supervise and train station staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for fuel and related products as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Manage scheduling, and administrative tasks related to station operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- College Graduate; additional education or certifications in management or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the fuel or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the fuel industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication skill
