We are a growing manufacturing firm based in Makati City and looking for a BS Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
1) Attend meetings.
2) Project evaluation.
3) Conduct desktop and field research.
4) Conduct engineering trainings.
5) Perform engineering documentations for processes.
6) Perform engineering drawings, designs, calculations and estimates.
7) Supervise / assist project monitoring.
8) Monitor productions.
9) Travel to Mindanao factory sites when required.
10) Prepare Production and Maintenance budget.
11) Conduct all kinds of audits such as engineering, safety, ISO compliance, GMP and others.
12) Can make proposal on factory improvement and written report.

2) Proficient in Mathematics.
3) With analytical and critical thinking skill.
4) With ability to maintain composure under pressure.
5) Team player.
6) With good observation skill.
7) Wiling to learn other jobs/ assignments.
8) Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
9) Proficient in AutoCad and Solid Works drawing.
10) Ability to speak Visayan dialect particularly Cebuano is an advantage.
11) Willing to accept periodic assignment in Mindanao plants.
Successful candidate will undergo detailed manufacturing process as well as engineering maintenance trainings.
