Supervisor, Learning and Organization Development

Functional Overview:

As the Supervisor of Learning and Organization Development, your role will encompass designing, implementing, and assessing the Talent Development in alignment with the company's goals. This development is crucial in fostering the growth of all business leaders, thereby enhancing organizational efficiency and employee performance. Overall, the role of a Learning and Organization Development Supervisor is pivotal in fostering a culture of learning, driving organizational growth, and maximizing employee potential within the company. The LOB specializes in dating account and the LOD Supervisor must be customer-oriented and engaging to effectively target improvements and deliver high-impact training.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing Learning Strategies: Developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

• Talent Development: Creating and managing programs for talent identification, development, and succession planning.

Training Programs: Designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Organizational Effectiveness: Assessing organizational effectiveness and recommending interventions to improve efficiency and performance.Change Management: Supporting change initiatives by facilitating learning opportunities and ensuring smooth transitions.

• Performance Management: Collaborating with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives with performance management systems.

Leadership Development: Implementing leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.

Collaboration: Working closely with department heads, senior management, and external vendors to align learning strategies with business objectives and needs.Training Delivery: Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or through virtual platforms, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.

• Evaluation and Reporting: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms, and preparing reports for management review.

Content Development: Ability to design, develop, and update training materials and curricula that align with organizational goals and industry standards.

• Minimum Competencies:

Training and Development Knowledge

• Training Delivery, Assessment and Evaluation

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.

• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Team Leadership and Strategic Planning

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively delivering training, preparing reports and interacting with various stakeholders

Organizational Skills

• Customer Orientation

Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis.

• Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of Human Resources or any business-related courses.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Training and Development under BPO Operations.
