- Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing Learning Strategies: Developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Talent Development: Creating and managing programs for talent identification, development, and succession planning.
Training Programs:
Designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Organizational Effectiveness:
Assessing organizational effectiveness and recommending interventions to improve efficiency and performance.Change Management: Supporting change initiatives by facilitating learning opportunities and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Performance Management: Collaborating with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives with performance management systems.
Leadership Development:
Implementing leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.Collaboration
: Working closely with department heads, senior management, and external vendors to align learning strategies with business objectives and needs.Training Delivery: Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or through virtual platforms, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms, and preparing reports for management review.
Content Development:
Ability to design, develop, and update training materials and curricula that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
Training and Development Knowledge- Training Delivery, Assessment and Evaluation
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Team Leadership and Strategic Planning- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively delivering training, preparing reports and interacting with various stakeholders
Organizational Skills
Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis.
Graduate of Human Resources or any business-related courses.- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Training and Development under BPO Operations.
