Job Description

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (Divested Group). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.

SuccessFactors Lead Consultant

Main responsibilities

Implement, configure and build SuccessFactors module

Make estimates of time required.

Adapts and parametrizes the solution to the taking of requirements

Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application

Performs thorough testing to ensure accuracy of SuccessFactors module implemented

Supports the client and on-shore counterparts on the functioning of the application

Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements

Works on multiple projects simultaneously

Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)

Solves easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the country

Perform unit testing of these parametrization results; carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment.

Ensure testing evidence is documented and captured.

Key Experience:


Minimum 510-year experience on SuccessFactors

Experience in any is advantage.

    Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any relevant degree.

    Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules, and Workflow.

    Knowledge and experience of Role Based Permission

    Knowledge and experience in enabling features in Provisioning.

    Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

    Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

    Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.

    Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.

    Ability to work on multiple projects same time.

    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.

    Good understanding of incident management and change management.

    Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

    Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF

    Experience defining, implementing, and supporting HCM business processes.

    Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

    Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented

    Job qualifications:


    The candidate must have a minimum of one end-to-end Success Factors implementation experience.

    Certified in any SF modules (LMS, Comp & Varpay, ONB 2.0, PMGM, EC and any Talent Modules)

    Should be able to work with the customer independently.

    Develops, writes, and communicates technical/Functional requirements & design documents.
