MAIN OBJECTIVE JOB SUMMARY
The Style Maker introduces the client to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and the values of the Brand. The Style Maker is dedicated to crafting a complete and personalized Golden total look for the clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality. This role is pivotal in achieving high levels of client satisfaction through a Golden narrative, an exceptional service and by fostering enduring relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Sales & Client Experience
- Offer a warm welcome to the clients, making everyone feel part of the Global Golden Community.
- Assist customers in expressing their personality trough their ideal dream look, playing a pivotal role in achieving the store's business objectives, customer satisfaction, and overall store success.
- Actively promote and introduce co-creation services as a key element of the costumer experience
- Engage actively in the sales process by providing comprehensive product insights, recommending additional items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Ensure that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.
- Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships by making the clients fell relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure that customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
- Explain to the customer in-store and after-sales services, pricing and timing of all services available
Brand & Product
- Passionately convey the brand's Heritage and vision to clients, representing its values authentically.
- Gain a deep understanding of GG iconic products/elements and share the company's vision and projects to clients with passion
- Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
Operations & Compliance
- Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth)
Requirements:
- Fluency in English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline)
- Sales background: previous experience preferably in retail/ Customer service sector
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfully
- A problem solver who can identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.
- A team player who values collaboration and can work towards common goals.
- Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers.
