Overview:
Studio Assistant is basically the assistant of the Duty Manager in shifts. They are in charge of monitoring the dealers or acting as the ground surveillance. They will also be in charge of card shuffling and card issuance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Studio Assistant
- In charge of Change cards
Watching the dealers and making sure that all procedures are followed and prevent infractions- Assist in Color game by inputting the winning colors and scoop dice for the next round
Receives card from the card room and double check the canister numbers.
- Informs DM for any infractions/technical issues and other incidents
Record the card issuance and card return- Receives instructions from DM from time and time
Grooming check on dealers
- Performs other duties as assigned
As Card Shuffler- Checks and shuffles the cards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain all card room equipment and documentation.
- Responsible in keeping the card logs updated and with no error.
Check cards for any marks and deformities and report to Supervisor immediately- Count and place in order the new and used cards
Helps in card room inventory
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be 21 years of age- College level or Senior High School
Good attention to detail and a quick learner
- With or without casino background
Good working attitude
